REFUND POLICY

If you are not totally satisfied with your Noopii® products

We hope that you love your Noopii® products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy for any reason or if your Noopii® products are damaged or faulty in any way send them back to us within 7 days from the date the item was received (unused) and we will send you a replacement. The cost of getting them back to us is yours, but we cover the cost of shipping any replacement.

You can cancel your order and get a refund if you get in touch with us before it is shipped.
